Merchandise Returns

There are a number of reasons why you may need to return a part you purchased from us. The following information outlines how we treat different situations. Regardless of why you are returning a part, please contact us via our Web site or call us toll-free at 1-800-322-9149 to discuss the options available to you.

Can I return parts that I don't need?

Yes, assuming they have not been installed. To return the parts, contact us as described above Mon-Fri 7am-5pm ET and we will issue a return merchandise authorization number. Then you can proceed to arrange for your parts to be returned. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Once we have received the parts and verified that they are in good, resellable condition, we will issue a refund, less an 18% restocking/repackaging fee. When contacting us regarding a return please have your invoice number so we can reference your order.

The parts I ordered were damaged in transit.

If you are there when the delivery company delivers your part(s) and you notice that your package has been damaged, simply refuse the shipment due to damage. Contact us right away by Web or phone Mon-Fri Friday 7am-5pm ET so we can get a replacement shipped out right away.

If you have received your part(s) and the damage was not obvious until package was open, simply contact us so we can arrange for pick-up of your damaged part(s) and ship out another part(s) as soon as possible.

In either case, we will bill the replacement part to your credit or debit card until we receive the damaged unit back. Once receieved, we will issue full credit back to you. In cases of merchandise damaged in transit, you are not responsible for return shipping. When making inquiries about a damaged part(s) please have your invoice number so we can reference your order.

The part I received doesn't appear to be the right one for my application.

If you have received part and you have a concern over whether it's really the part you need, contact us right away. We will help you figure out if you have the right part or not, and if you don't, we will work with you to get you the right one.

Responsibility for return shipping costs in these situations is decided on a case-by-case basis, since there are a number or factors to consider. In the event that the returned part shows evidence of damage, and we determine (at our sole discretion) that such damage is the result of attempting to install an incorrect part, there is a high probability that no refund or exchange will be authorized.
