Bushey Radiator & Auto Glass Midland, Inc. warrants its passenger car and light truck complete radiators, condensers, heater cores and evaporator cores to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which the radiator was originally installed. This limited warranty covers any complete units or parts installed and/or distributed by Bushey Radiator & Auto Glass Midland, Inc. This warranty does not include labor of any kind and materials not furnished by Bushey Radiator & Auto Glass Midland, Inc. or any charges for such labor and materials. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This limited warranty does not apply to complete radiators that have been:

• Altered outside Bushey Radiator & Auto Glass Midland, Inc. in any way so as to, in the judgment of Bushey Radiator & Auto Glass Midland, Inc., negatively affect the performance and/or function.
• Subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence or operating conditions other than those for which such equipment was designed.
• Subjected to use in a vehicle other than those for which such equipment was specifically designed (i.e. fleet, performance, farm, off road).

This limited warranty does not cover damage to connection threads stripped during installation. Credit will not be issued for damage caused by improper installation.

This limited warranty does not cover the physical or chemical effects of water, steam, or other liquids, gases or agents present in the system or operating environment of the equipment or failure of the vehicle warning system.

Also, cost of labor and any additional parts and antifreeze required to complete installation of a replacement radiator are not covered by this limited warranty.

Claims for engine damage caused by overheating will be denied. Warning lights and/or gauges are provided in all vehicles in order to warn operators of overheating conditions long before engine damage occurs. Bushey Radiator & Auto Glass Midland, Inc. is not responsible for radiator damage due to operator negligence.

This limited warranty is extended to and is enforceable by only the original purchaser and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties implied by law and warranties of merchantability and fitness.

Bushey Radiator & Auto Glass Midland, Inc. will not be responsible for incidental and consequential damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, towing, car rental, lost wages, hotels, meals, etc.

The purchaser's remedy is limited to repair or replacement of any part (at a repair facility of their choice), which, upon return and examination to Bushey Radiator & Auto Glass Midland, Inc. is found to be defective. The purchaser's remedy does not include any labor, material, or transportation charges for the removal, shipping, or replacement performed.

Removal of any tag, label, or other means of manufacturer's identification will void this warranty. Claims for A/C system damage will be denied, as it is the certified installer's responsibility to insure that the system is in proper operating condition following the required repairs.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other RIGHTS THAT VARY from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do NOT ALLOW the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

All parts submitted for warranty consideration must be returned with all transportation expenses collect.

All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are in the possession of the freight carrier.
